Summary

Titus 3:1-7: Nearing the end of his letter, Paul exhorts Titus to live as one who is zealous for good works. To be genuinely motivated by the gospel, he suggests his readers know what they are saved from, know what they are saved through, and know what they are saved for.

Outline

1. Know what you are saved FROM

Godlessness —>  Enslavement  —> Broken Relationship

2. Know what you are saved THROUGH

  • “Kindness of God … according to His mercy” (vs.5)
  • “Regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit” (vs.5)
  • “Poured out richly through Jesus” (vs.6)

3. Know what you are saved FOR
