Why give?
As Christians, giving is a way to express our gratitude to God as our generous Creator and Savior.
He is the one who has given us life and breath and everything. Regularly giving a portion of our income is a way to acknowledge that fact.
We also give in response to the amazing gift he has given us by sending Jesus. As the Scripture says, “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.” (2 Corinthians 8:9) By giving, we express our gratitude for the spiritual riches he has freely given us.
How to give?
We provide an offering box for those who wish to give during our Sunday morning services. In addition, many people choose to give online or via text message.
Giving Online
We have an easy-to-use online giving portal you can access by clicking here or on the button below. Watch the video below for help. If you choose to give this way, we ask that you consider using Bank Transfer to reduce processing fees.
Giving via Text Message
You can now give simply by texting any amount to 84321. When you do this the first time you will receive a link to set up your account (make sure you select West Valley Presbyterian Church when you set things up). After that, donating is as easy as sending a text.
