Summary
In light of everything we have seen about Christ in Colossians, Paul’s statement in 3:17 makes perfect sense: “Whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” In the surrounding verses we discover what this means for live at church, at home and in the workplace.
