Summary
At Christmas, we often focus on benevolence and helping our fellow man. This is good, but can suggest that the hope for humanity lies in embracing ‘the true spirit of Christmas’ rather than trusting in Christ. Romans 7 helps by showing us the powerless of morality to change us. What we ultimately need is a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
